You only get out what you put in, as our mothers always told us. That’s why we only put the best possible ingredients into our brownies and why we work with only the best possible team to make our brownies the best in the World.
We’re based in the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales: all rugged hills, thick woods and purple heather. It’s lovely - why not come and visit us at The Brownie Barn for coffee, brunch or the obvious?
We started small, but with big ideas, and we’re growing fast. We're pretty sure we’re powered by chocolate and smiles: that’s what gets us up in the morning.
Head Baker + Brownie Creator
With an eye for detail that Sherlock Holmes would be proud of, Chantal is the creator of all things brownie. She strives for perfection, and we have to say, she’s hit the mark with our brownies. That’s why we’ve won so many awards. Often found tinkering with ingredients at 2am, she always has a smile on her face (is it the result of all that chocolate?)
Owner + Brownie Guru
Lee could give the Duracell Bunny a run for its money. With unbound enthusiasm for all things brownie, he’s our driving force. Never brow beaten, always upbeat. Can’t speak highly enough of his lovely wife, our one and only Chantal. And constantly on the lookout for a brew.
Office Manager + Brownie Aficionado
Lee’s little sister, but so much more than that. Full time juggler, part time brownie taster (well that’s what it says in her contract), Lucy keeps distribution flowing, writes all your lovely messages by hand, keeps everything shipshape and on track all while cracking top jokes.
Marketing Manager & Brownie Cheerleader
Finding Sarah is like finding the Scarlet Pimpernel. Often found on a train to London, at the gym, or in a Pilates class during working hours, she makes up for it by sending emails at ungodly hours of the evening. Our token Southerner who keeps us grounded in our love for anything Yorkshire.
Our Bakers
Natalia has the amazing ability to morph herself into whatever the team needs. Hailing from Ukraine she’s carved out a niche for herself in Yorkshire and can even be heard asking for a ‘brew’ much to Lee’s delight.

Our long-standing baker Toni brings a ray of sunshine to our kitchen from his homeland of Spain. Often heard singing along to the radio he’s our team crooner. Never upset him or there’ll be less fudge in your brownie.
Accounts & Brownie Counter
Our newest member of the team, Lisa has undergone the full brownie training and can now recognise each flavour by smell alone. She’s all about numbers and apparently counts brownies in her sleep.
Barkers & Brownie Protectors
Often found hanging out with visiting four legged friends or sneaking cheeky snacks from the dog biscuit barrel, both resident doggos up the cute factor of the team significantly. If we could only teach them to pose for the camera our social feed would be sorted.
